Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Joyner mobile application operated by Overlook Design ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Joyner, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Joyner is a mobile application that allows users to schedule golf tee times, manage golf groups, and coordinate rounds with other players. Features include tee time creation, RSVP management, group administration, and player rostering.

3. User Accounts

To use Joyner, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Joyner to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent tee times or information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the App (such as tee time details and group information). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely to provide the App's services.

6. Tee Times and RSVPs

Joyner facilitates the scheduling and coordination of golf rounds between users. We are not responsible for the accuracy of tee time information, the availability of golf courses, or any disputes between users regarding tee times or group membership. Users are solely responsible for verifying tee time availability with the relevant golf course.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Overlook Design and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Joyner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that tee times or golf courses will be available as scheduled.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overlook Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.
